To maintain the performance and stretch of your underwear, follow these four simple steps:

1. Quick Rinse
After use, give them a quick rinse in cold water until the water runs clear. This prevents stains from setting and makes laundry day a breeze.

2. Machine Wash (Cold)
Toss them in on a gentle cycle (max 86°F / 30°C). We highly recommend using a mesh laundry bag to protect the technical fibers from snagging.

3. Choose Your Detergent Wisely
Use a mild, fragrance-free soap. Strictly avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they coat the fibers and significantly reduce absorbency over time.

4. Air Dry Only
Lay flat to air dry. Nylon dries naturally fast, so you won't have to wait long. Never use a tumble dryer or iron, as high heat can break down the protective layers.

Storage Tip

Make sure your pair is completely dry before putting it away. Storing them in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight will keep the technical fabrics in peak condition.

    Wore these and not a single worry

    I'm 5'6", 154 lbs, ordered a M and the fit was perfect. No panty line, nothing showing. Just… nothing. That's the whole point isn't it? Been dealing with little leaks for a while and kept wearing pads under everything. Not anymore. These are it.

    Oh wow. Just… wow

    Okay I was NOT expecting this. I've tried so many things and either felt like I was wearing a nappy or just gave up. These? I literally forgot I had them on. All day. No bulk, no shifting, nothing.

    I'm already on my second pack. Just get them.

    Bought these for my mom and she made ME get a pair 😂

    My mom has been dealing with leaks for a while and wouldn't buy anything for herself so I just ordered these for her. She called me two days later and said where have these been all my life 🙌 Then she told me I need to get some too for after my workouts because I mentioned I've been having little leaks when I jump rope.     Wore these to the gym and I'm never going back

    Leg day, jump rope, the works. Not a single leak. I've been doubling up on pads for months and I'm done with that. These stayed put, stayed dry, and I forgot I was wearing them. Already ordered more.

    Great for yoga they just runs a little small

    My daughter told me about these and I was skeptical honestly. I do yoga three times a week and I've been wearing pads for years because I leak a little during certain poses , downward dog is the worst. These are so much better. No shifting, no bulky pad bunching up, and I actually forgot about it during class which never happens. The fabric is soft and breathable too which matters when you're moving around. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish I'd sized up. They fit but they're snug and I like a little more room in the waist especially when I'm stretching. Ordering the next size up to compare.
